Is there an easy way to tell if the used Prius (09 Touring Package #5) I just purchased has satellite radio installed already? This is wishful thinking, hoping it's there and I just need to activate it by getting a subscription. When I press the AM/SAT button, it cycles through AM/Ipod1/Ipod2/Ipod3.
I have Sirius on mine and when I push the button it cycles through AM/SAT1/SAT2/SAT3. When the Sirius adapter needs a reboot )happens twice a year of so) it just goes to AM and doesn't cycle. Sounds to me as though you have some sort of iPod adpater installed where a satellite radio adapter would ordinarily go.
