I bought a bluetooth phone with Verizon that does not allow the push / pull function directly to my 2004 prius phonebook. I have instead been using Outlook and my laptop to upload one phone number at a time. That all works fine but I can't seem to get names to upload with the phone number. I have tried every name field in the Outlook contacts. I had assumed I should use the first name field but none of the seem to work. Can anyone suggest what I might be doing wrong?
