Dear Friends, I am doing my master thesis on Hybrid Electric Vehicle and Gasoline Powered Vehicles. I truely believe we are incharge of making a difference, but somehow the message is not clear. Although it might seem like a small thing, I wanted to highlight benefits of Hybrid Electric Vehicles through my thesis paper. I am looking to hear true experience from folks like you who have purchased a Hybrid. I would really appreciate if you can take 10 minutes and fill out the following survey. http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=ZKnmyxFG6B5TKbxO_2fmAg_2bw_3d_3d
I don't understand the purpose of questions 6-10 regarding purchase price, financing and the like. Asking how much is spent per month on fuel does not necessarily relate to the amount of fuel consumed in one month. Oddly, if looking for fuel savings you would have asked about fuel. But you asked a money question, like in questions 6-10. Q14) Hybrid incentives: I'm not going to take the time to type the incentive plans. It depends on many facets. Q22) Hybrid Electric Vehicle has less battery life than Gasoline-Powered Vehicles. Am I supposed to compare a car with a battery to one without a battery and tell you which one has the worse battery? Some odd questions but I completed it all the same.
that survey sucks... sorry... it's gas only... gas electric hybrid, diesel electric hybrid, electric car, plug in hybrid, alternative fuel vehicle, and then electric.. with possibly a few others in between... i would hate for people to get confused if ford introduces the hydraulic gas hybrid...
