So no cheating on this one. Round trip to work when I worked (retired in Jan). 300 pounds of cargo, AC on, rolling hills and flat terrain, 42 PSI, 100-275 MSL. 80-85 degrees, radio off, wife on, etc.
Here you go Bob Wilson . . . . Another lap back from the grocery store. In all fairness, the one identical trip back two days ago that I did not brag about yielded mid 90's. I am wondering if there is a luck of the draw concerning battery charge, discharge, and maintenance parameters factor into the variable results. Just playing with the numbers, 12.55 tablespoons of gas were burned on this trip.
500 pounds of pork fat and 30 pounds of groceries. 42 PSI, 85-95 degrees, no speed above 65 MPH, mixed driving etc/ If I was too cheat. 90 PSI in the tires, strip out the cabin except the drivers seat, windows rolled up, no fan or AC, never above 42MPH and hold a constant speed. Sams club gas pump cone heads.
This one is for you ETP because I know you'll love it. This was home from work just now, 50 foot elevation loss, so I cheated again.
