I got the same email from Toyota on Nicholasville. I wrote the salesman back and asked how much he thought the price was going up, and he wrote back "The actual prices are not going up, merely the price we are able to offer as an internet customer." I personally think that it is just BS to get you to buy ASAP, and I read on Autoblog a couple of days ago that Toyota is increasing production, not cutting back. I hope that you are enjoying your Prius sandman.
Enjoying it man I am loving this car wish I had gotten it a long time ago..I can't believe what kind of MPG you can get if you try with this car here is a pic of how I am doing so far on second tank I got 47.2 on first tank but I know I can do much better than that...
I currently drive a 4runner and get about 15 mpg, I would LOVE to get 47 mpg, I wish someone would hurry up and buy my 4runner! I so want to buy a Touring Prius package 6 in Spectra Blue (know what I want...) Good Luck on your second tank.
