    here is another little tid bit for cbs's attorney's to chew on as they try to settle this one before it gets close to a courtroom:


    NEW YORK (AP) - A lawyer for Don Imus said Friday that the former radio host's bosses could have edited the on-air comments that got him fired—and the fact that they didn't meant they saw his remarks as routine for his often provocative show.

    Looks like Imus's charities will be getting a small windfall in the near future.

    What is the lawyer's cut- don't they usually get 1/3?
