iPod connection kit for 2009 Prius -- MFD with back-up camera

    Is it possible to have a dealer install the ipod connection kit for a 2009 Prius? It is the model with the back-up camera (but no bluetooth and no navigation).

    And I suppose more importantly, do I WANT the ipod connection kit, i.e., will it give me access to podcasts, music etc on my iphone 5 (with lightning adapter)?
