Many years ago I had a Xantia hdi that I fed used vegetable oil. The pneumatic suspension meant you could change a wheel without jacking it up. Happy days.
Get a mobile mechanic out to check it. You don’t have to drive it or take it anywhere then. They can even do an engine swap on the driveway.
