Glad to hear you are OK! Every accident I've been in is from someone rear ending me. I also have State Farm and they have taken very good care of me in those situations. If you've already gotten a rental, this won't apply, but for every accident I've been in, I insisted on the person at fault's insurance paying for a similar rental car to whatever I owned and was out of service because of the accident. Not one ins co has balked at it yet. My motto is, if I don't want to own it, why would I want to rent it?
