Ah, good, a man with a healthy happy 12V battery. My 2010 Prius has been hibernating in the garage for going on 3 months now. Have a little BatteryMINDer 12117 charger/ desulfator/ maintainer hardwired directly to the 12V battery posts, keeping it at a healthy 100% charge until the snow and salt goes away.
Pearl sat for 5 months several times (Battery Tender on the 12V system). No problem with the traction battery. In fact, the battery indicator didn't change from when she was parked (in the garage). Pearl S also sits for the winter, and that can be from 4 to 6 months, depending on how long it takes me to get tired of pumping glutinous amounts of fuel into the FJ Cruiser. Often the battery indicator shows more charge than when parked. Again, I use a Battery Tender connected to the boost point to keep the 12V battery happy.
I replaced the traction battery in my Prius with a battery that had been sitting (out of the vehicle) for ~1 year. It measured >212V. It would have dropped right in & worked as-is but I elected to do a few charge/discharge cycles first. It performs like new even today
