The ones on the left are the ones where you push the map light cover to light the map lights. The ones on the right are for models with I think the solar roof or those that have the SOS button above for Toyota safety connect. On those the map light cover is flush and not pressed, there is a separate button to turn the map lights on/off. Map light cover activates light with a press (ones on the left in the first pic): Map lights are activated by pressing the light button and covers remain flush with console (ones on the right in the first pic):
