Midwest 2 Multi Meter / Combo Meter Repair ?

I don't know but the one from Texas hybrids comes pretty damn quick so I mean. I guess anybody could solder on the three or so capacitors but then these guys I guess have a test rig and are set up to test them flog the right numbers into them so when you get it back if you've estimated right it'll show the proper mileage to within a few miles so on and so forth other places may not have that capability so I don't mind a few extra bucks for everything to come back correct and all of that.
