That's another grand....I'm broke. Will just have to suffer through the chips...and attempt throwing on some touch-up if I'm brave.
Evidently it takes longer for the water base paint to cure, I had several chips on my 04 salsa red in the first 6 months but very few over the next 5 years. It amazes me that they use dark primer on light colors and white primer on dark colors. It sure makes the chips show. touch-up paint is your friend.
