Did the store that installed the new 12v battery clear the codes? Has anyone ever cleaned the hybrid battery cooling intake and fan? Is there anything on the floor of the back seat under the seat? Have any dogs or cats ever frequently been in the car? Is the car stored where mice could get at the wiring? Any signs of them? Has the exhaust gas re-circulation (EGR) ever been serviced? Anti-freeze level checked? Have they considered having the car put on a flatbed and towed to the nearest dealer?
None of the has been done no mice aleast is what my friend has told me. My friend is having the problem. The cooling fan was replaced in 2018 after it stoped working
