Gang, take a look at this: new spin on Li-on http://www.newscientist.com/article.ns?id=dn7081 Just think if we had something like this we could replace the current pack with.. 6 min to a full charge... more time on Bat... a 150 MPG Prius and we don't loose any storage space.. Now if we could only change out the pack... flash the ECU... bingo.. "Super Prius" later
i know that was posted sometime earlier.. it's very good to see it again though. makes me smile every time.
did do a quick search and did not see it .. .sorry if it was a repeat.. got to do a better search next time. I would love to have a battery like this in my prius.. a lot less wieght than the current and greater power per gram. Later
