I have the Plus model. As you mention it has knobs for volume and changing the radio station, and buttons for setting the fan and temperature, which I really like. I can easily set them without taking my eyes off of the road. But it doesn't have blind-spot monitor, pedestrian detection, fog lights, an improved stereo sound system, the ability to monitor charging remotely, and more. I went with the Plus just on price, but if price were no object, I would have gone with the Advanced model. That being said, I do really like the knobs and buttons on the Plus model. I guess the final decision is based on your personal preferences and what you are willing to pay.
