Options for installing a basic head unit into an '04 w/ JBL+Nav

    Hello there, sorry if this has been covered before but I've had a heck of a time searching for answers.

    I have a basic head unit, a Pioneer MVH-290BT, and I'm coming to the conclusion that there isn't a way to use the stock 7 speakers with an aftermarket head unit. Is that correct?

    At the bear minimum I can get some 3-ways for each door but I'll have to run the wire myself to the stereo.
