Pairing Galaxy Note 2 with 06 Prius

    I just switched phones from a Droid x to the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and have had no luck pairing with the car ( 06 Prius ). Even the dealer couldn't do it. Anyone have any ideas?

    I wonder whats the difference - what Android system is the Note2 running? I have the Samsung Galaxy S3 and have no issues.

    Settings>About device>Android Version

    I'm running 4.0.4 and rooted.

    I spoke with Samsung and the Note 2 and S 3 have the same Bluetooth Profile ( A2DP ) but stacked differently. A guy at the dealership did pair the S3 to my car but no luck with mine. I'd really like to find a solution because I love the phone but am on the road all day and want the car system to function.
