Parking restricted to electric cars

There was a line in Two and 1/2 Men, that had the Prius in it, that went something like if the battery died there was a kite and a key in the glove compartment... so if you can restart a Prius using the Ben Franklin test, then you should be able to park in a EV parking space... me I have a static electric collecting device on my Prius :idea:
