It can't be done to the phone book. You'd have to use a cell phone (non Verizon or a hacked Verizon phone) or a Laptop with BT. You can use the One-Touch as well. An alternative would be to set them up as POIs. When you touch the POI you get an INFO button. Press that and you can make a call. You have to use the NAV override trick to get them to work while moving, though.
