Pioneer Authorized Service Centers?

    I bought a Pioneer AVIC N-2 from Good Guys (authorized dealer), but it is not working properly. I've already searched on the Pioneer site using the "Authorized service locator" link, but there are NO service centers in L.A.

    My installer told me that there is a service center in Torrance and that i can drop it off myself, but the Pioneer site finds nothing. Any ideas?
