Poll - when the light turns yellow

Some community got busted for shortening some yellow lights to below the legal minimum for that state. All tickets ever issued at those intersections had to be invalidated.

As for one of the story links, and some detectors triggering at incorrect times and locations ...
The camera systems in my area take video clips, so reviewers and alleged violators can see the position and speed of the car with respect to the changing light. Numerous cars that stop a bit late, but still stop, or stop before proceeding with a right turn, are 'saved' by these videos.

My red/yellow light behavior hasn't changed with the introduction of these devices.
