    I think they fixed that issue in California. The problem was that if the charging station charged by kwh, it was viewed as an "electric utility", selling electricity, subject to all the regulations pertaining to an electric utility. :rolleyes: If it sold by the hour or for a fixed session price, then it was treated like a "rental", like a parking lot. Just plain bureaucratic nonsense.
