I just got a new Moto E cell phone and have successfully paired the phone with the Handsfree device using Bluetooth. The phone says it's connected to the Handsfree and the Handsfree says it's connected to my phone. However, when I place or receive a phone call, the voice comes out through the phone, not the car speakers. I've tried contacting Motorola, and they were not very helpful other than trying to connect my phone to a Bluetooth headset (which I don't have). Has anyone else had this problem? Forgot to say I have a 2004 Prius.
From memory, when a connection is make the screen gives me a choice of phone or car speakers. This was with a pkg #9, 2004 Prius.
