is there a way to disable the "for your safey this message is not display while driving" to see the actual msg being when a radio station is using MSG i feel its crazy that the sat. radio gives the infomation when driving and not the radio................
Yep. Remove the centre speaker and cut the purple wire (speed sensor). It's documented in another thread here on PC. You do lose the wheel animation on the Energy Monitor and the 5-min bars on the Consumption Screen.
Here's the instructions on what wire to cut. One more thing, you should install a switch. You switch the wire to "off" (it'll make the car think it's stopped) when you want to read the message and "on" for normal driving. This way you won't miss that much information on the Consumption and Energy screens.
