red triangle light coming on - but only at higher speeds (30-40 mph or higher)

    P1116 is for the temperature sensor at the coolant heat storage tank. Effectively the ECM "doesn't like what it sees". Could be a problem with the sensor or wiring. Could be a problem with coolant flow into or out of the tank.

    Together with heater problems you're still looking at possible restrictions (air pockets) in the system or incorrect hose placement at the 3-way valve.
