Replacement of Navigation GPS Unit

    I have Prius (2007 Japanese G-Touring Model). My Navigation Display Unit only has Japanese language option. I want to replace my unit with an American/Australian model unit to convert the language from Japanese to ENGLISH.
    Will USA or AUS model's Display Screen Navigation (in English) unit be compatible with my car's ECU and will show ENGLISH language?
