    It has a worse coefficient of drag than the Leaf, but might have smaller frontal area. The i3 is much lighter; about 400lbs or more.

    I still have to assemble the data but the executive summary:

      • used local knowledge both ends to cut distance
    • 55.9 mph - high-side of block-to-block time
      • max 65-67 mph
      • start/stop, construction, traffic, and sight-seeing alternate route
    • 18.8 hrs trip time (9:31 PM to 16:22 PM -> 18:53 trip time)
      • 3 - meals, ~10 - refueling, ~2 extended biology breaks
      • 37 mph trip time
    • 1 gallon spare can
    Fuel usage to follow later.

    Bob Wilson
    • used once, east of Fort Smith
    • planned use, revealed all night gas station on exiting Interstate in Memphis
