Here's one from a seller on eBay parting out a 2012 Prius"c."



15x5.5 four bolt OEM Toyota. It's exactly what the OP is looking for.

 

I've had two tires replaced. The first one replaced under some kind of road hazard warranty. Second one I paid for.

The tires for the C had to be ordered - took a few days.

I don't know if Servco Hawaii (Toyota sales in Hawaii) has a different policy from Toyota on the mainland. I know they are not connected.
