This is no doubt a bit of a long shot, but does anyone know if it's possible to get an NMEA data feed from the onboard gps receiver such that you could send that data to another device? I plan on Installing a ham radio in my Prius, and the radios have certain features that require an external GPS receiver be plugged Into the radio. I'd rather just use the gps receiver that's already in place rather than add yet another device to the mix.
