Yea... But it rarely seems to go that way... What can we do to optimize conversations with first time posters? Maybe a phone call? A PriusChat hotline with @bisco running the referals? Or gift certificates? Or both? If we could simply get vehicle symptoms info quickly when someone brand new comes along... We could be so much more useful if we had a expedited response type form for people to fill out. Has anyone on here ever pushed for something like this?
