    I agree. I think Level 2's will have to come down in price a lot before someone could financially justify it. For those rare times when you won't get a full charge because you have to go in an hour or so...just rest easy knowing you are driving the most efficient hybrid on the road after the charge runs out.

    The 30% is not a deduction - it is a direct credit. All you need to do is keep the receipts, in case you are audited.
