<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(crypter crypter @ Dec 13 2006, 01:07 PM) </div> I paid exactly $26,500.00 OTD on Nov 5, 2006 Prius 2007, Package 4.
Hello, FYI. Seems the correct time for us to get another Prius. Our 05 has been Great. Contacted 2 dealers re. what I want, #2 pkg plus 6cd changer. Dealer Where I bought the other has not responded. Interestingly they sent me a "guaranted" offer price to buy the 05--unsolicited. $17,300 was price for old pkg 1--side airbags--but implied higher. Offer came yesterday but NO response from internet dept re. new 07. We're keeping the 05. Longo (BIG and good reviews) responded immediately. Invoice plus $300. Slight problem was their invoice was $300 over what edmunds relates. If interested sure seems a good time. Big inventory per web sites. Carl
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(malibucarl @ Feb 15 2007, 03:26 PM) </div> Inventory plus $300!?!?!? RUN!!!! Keyes in Van Nuys is advertising $2,000 below....and the dealership in Simi Valley is at $2,500 below...contact the internet sales dept's of both. It seems the discontinuance of HOV stickers and the reduced tax credit are keeping Prius' on the dealer lots....I am going to get one real soon.
Update. Was able to purchase a pkg. #2 at $300 below invoice (22K). Very good, low key experience in Culver City Ca. Will give you the Salesperson name if you wish--just send me an email. They had many more--mostly pkg 5&6 Noelty, I believe those ads were off MSRP. That puts them in same area as Invoice. Carl PS. Thanks Jane for the contact--These people met my price and are a lot closer to home.
