Hi - I've haven;'t been around much. But I no longer work with Sprint! Glad that part of my life is over. Anywho I grabbed a Moto Q on my way out the door a few weeks ago. It works fantastic! The voice quality for the other party still isn't the best. but I'm not surprised. While I have all this free time I think I'll move the mic to behind my head on the seat-belt pillar like how GM does it. So yea, it works great! It's been uber reliable thus far. I haven't bother messing with the phone book at all but I don't think it would be hard to do or any sort of an issue.
