The economy hummed under Clinton because of the internet bubble. The economy hums under Bush because of the real estate bubble. Tax hikes or tax cuts. Doesn't matter. Shame on the doctors here who should know the difference between causative and confounding variables. They both either had something to do or nothing to do with their respective bubbles. In either case they will both be blamed for their respective bursts despite the fact that everyone since childhood knows that bubbles all pop. Kablewie!
