Yes indeed! Since I had the means (sort of;-)), I felt it was my duty. Part of bringing down the price is easy. Smaller cars. Economy of scale is definitely part of it. And battery tech gets less expensive each year.
Not using the wood of trees from the darkest corners of African jungles for trim and the hides of ice encased mammoths will also help with the price.
I went for a drive in a model S performance in the rain. The traction control was kind of a jarring experience - very abrupt.
