well, i am working the market now and do have some things i want to put more into. dont have any other debt. not looking to buy a house right now. so would save some, market some, but really waiting for an EV with a 100 mile range and longevity. so i guess buy a car would be an option, just nothing to buy right now
There's a 401k loan that would have to be paid off... then, we'd take the rest and go on a long vacation!!

Do you think this is good for the forum to have discussions like this? Also this is wasting bandwidth of the forum and takes a reader more time to search through for the useful posting. Well this topic is posted in the sub forum called "Fred's House of Pancakes" which is a place for non Prius stuff. Its like an "anything goes" type of place and it can get out of hand some times. Then there is a sub forum of "Fred's House of Pancakes" called Fred's House of Politics" which gets even nastier as long as no rules have been broken. If you don't like it just dont read anything in the FHOP forum. Sometimes I wish I would just stay out of FHOP.

Here's an example of what appears to be an overly pious controlling Flintstonish member that doesn't like the way others play outside of the box... you want to dictate what gets posted... I think the pics that were taken down may have struck a nerve (you understand sign language too I guess)... the ones that remain are still quite valid... Hopefully, you don't take things too personal Bra... the forum that THIS post is on IS NOT A CAR SPECIFIC BOARD EITHER... My understanding is it was created to have a place for these very conversations to take place without muddying up the information in the car specific sections... Hopefully, you can grasp that idea and participate with us as we talk about everything else under the sun in a work safe environment... Let's assume that's $47K after taxes. I can't think of any toy I want. Would probably give 5 - 10K to various nonprofit organizations, put the rest in a mutual fund.
