    But the same pattern happened with some of the EV-1 team members well before GM went bankrupt. I'm thinking of Chelsea Sexton.

    I take it you have not worked for a Japanese company, in Japan, like Toyota. I have recruited in Japan and it's quite a bit different than the US.

    Nope, I can imagine the company culture would be different. We have visited Japan for about a week and got a taste of their culture.
