While it is easier to come on this site to get an answer to a specific question, you'll never know if you're missing out on all of the other great features the Prius has to offer if you don't at least skim through the manual. Granted, it's big, and some of the translations leave a lot to be desired, but for the most part the information is there. Sorry if I ruffled any feathers.

no, you didn't ruffle my feathers, lol just poking fun at the size of the manual, I have found it to be useful, but I'm lazy, manual's in the glove box, I'm on fourteenth floor, don't want to go downstairs to get it. lol

Man, the glove compartment is all the way to my driveway...to...far.
Isn't it better to jump to PC and ask a question to our friendly staff pals and interact with them; or the be a grouchy 4 eyed self instructed couch potato:sleep:

Likewise. I just looked at all the training videos and picked up another thing or two. You almost need to read the manual twice. Once when a total novice and then again when you think something is not working. I haven't found anything yet that is not working as designed.

Dude the manual is linked to in the FAQ AND it's like only 650 pages.
