    I nearly added such a button in my Gen 1. I like to brake to a stop so you don't feel any jerk at the end, which is hard to do in a Prius without going to neutral at the last moment. But the Gen 1 shifter was a big noisy lever, and clunking it to neutral kind of defeated the purpose of a nice unobtrusive soft stop.
