Thank you jb for the info on the battery tender. I will pick up soon. I have another question, if I permanently connect the tender to the hatch battery and run the power cord to the grille and forget to unplug the charger while I start the car will there be damage done to the charger as well as the car? Any info would be appreciated.
Nope. you can have multiple battery chargers on a battery and it wont hurt anything. It will just confuse them and they will most likely stop charging.
