This is like the too-expensive-for-me system I predicted earlier this year. Not only new hardware (maybe available eventually) for a 2004 Prius, but the ongoing subscription cost and maybe limited value if there's no local info. The only really good thing would be if changes to the DVD NAV data could be downloaded (for free) to a hard disk in the new unit. Always having the data come from above would get expensive for the vendor and the customer...
