Weatherman which way the wind blows

Growing up in Oklahoma, local extreme weather events are no stranger. But the the poles are special because of the visible, water phase change. Even the native peoples have noticed the changes and Russia is commercializing it.

The drought/drown oscillations are more evident in temperate latitudes BUT it is not yet a strong signal. A signal strong enough to change minds.

FYI the foothills east of us are high enough to convert red radar returns to yellow and yellow to green.
