A very fine hair sized 'needle' about 1/8" long. Clean the skin (i.e., shave hair) and push the applicator against the area. I prefer pectoral as it makes easier installation but pretty much any area can be used. Then push the stiff trigger and a spring 'slaps' it in place. There is a circular sticky patch that goes around the outside of the sensor which I find easier to apply when I can see what I'm doing. It is shower safe.

Removal starts with the outer sticky patch and then peal off the sensor. I usually do this in the shower so I can wash off any residual adhesive. I have seen no blood, the needle is that small. Still best to wipe with an alcohol swab or soap and water before and after but no big deal.

fat was the scapegoat of the sugar industry... they twisted the science to blame it on fattening foods rather than on too much sugar in foods.

I use maximum, dark chocolate and no problem. I break it up into small pieces and then add a few to my mixed nut cups. Nice taste with no spike. My local Whole Foods carries them.

I always thought it was PITA and the militant vegans..... :ROFLMAO:

    As it turns out?
It was (and is!) probably just......us.

The BMI Nazis want you to be between 18.5 and 24.9 (c-2025)
That's ONE indication of being "healthy."
I can think of several people off the top of my head that MEET BMI "standards" but would be rejected for government service due to strength, endurance, balance, and coordination shortfalls.
(even IF they met the basic security and aptitude thresholds!!)

Fortunately.....one does not have to have to meet military physical norms to be a "scholastic athlete" but those STANDARDS DO tend to reflect overall health minus any "bone spur" issues that would disqualify a person for military service.

    YMMV..... ;)
