Only California, Oregon, and Maryland. An employee at my local dealer also mentioned Texas; they had mistakenly gotten a stack of Spark EV brochures. GM may have originally planned to roll out the Spark EV to more states, but I think that planned was based upon expected changes to CAFE rules. Those fell through.
