What is the benefit of the EGR system and can it be bypassed.

    Maybe you’ll get pushed over the edge and your Gen3 garage queen will go up on the block(y).

    Does it look like the window cowl will need to come out to remove the inverter & EGR cooler? It's hard to tell from the picture

    To get the whole cooler out, yes;).

    And I’ll do that with other planned maintenance, probably around 100k miles mark:).

    But the cowl removal isn’t as big a job as some make it out to be(y).
