Will Dice or Lockpick 3 work with the base 51830 CD Player?

Hi All-

I know there are lots of threads on this topic but, I cannot seem to find a yes or no answer.

I have a 2007 base model Prius with the 51830 cd player. Can I install a Dice or Lockpick 3 with this model cd player?
