I remember that my friend had a Toyota 4WD with a inclinometer. Our families are close (pray for Tommie he is going back to Iraq) and we went camping together. Both our kids the same ages. Good times. I thought the inclinometer was way cool, but the instantaneous display of mpg of the Prius is a much more sensitive display for changes in the slope of a hill. This thing picks out hills I can't even see.

Tank miles: 545 Overall Miles: 555 Avg Tank Mileage: 55.0 (per computer) Avg Overall Mileage: 55.0 Avg Temperature: 74F Price per Tank: $20.44USD Avg Price per Gallon: $1.89USD Total gallons filled today 10.76 Avg Tank Mileage: 50.7 (calculated) Lincoln, RI USA The fillup pump "shut off" at 10.1 gals. I squeezed in the rest. So in this case the computer may be more accurate. Over time, the "fillup" amount variable will get more and more accurate as I calculate "total" mileage. So any "overfill" on one fillup will be compensated by an "underfill" on the next. I am very impressed with how wonderful this car is to drive.
