Can you add navigation, etc. after the fact?

I tried to use the search function, so I hope I haven't missed a newer thread somewhere else. Just curious though, have things changed with regard to the 2010 Prius (Gen III)? I have a IV and I'd really like to have factory nav and a backup camera. Is it prohibitively expensive to add a navigation package "after the fact" to a 2010? Thanks!

Depends what TMS charges. Check out dealer-installed navigation systems for other Toyotas to get an idea of what the costs will be.
